3. Purposes of Processing

The data collected is used to carry out a preliminary evaluation of your donor capacity and a suitable treatment approach, to contact you, to plan your appointment and treatment process, to measure service quality, and to fulfil legal obligations. Your photos are used solely for clinical evaluation and are never used in marketing materials without your explicit consent.

4. Legal Basis and Explicit Consent

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, and specifically for the health-related photos you submit, on the basis of your explicit consent. Your data may be shared, to the extent necessary to provide the service, with technology providers such as Supabase Inc. for hosting and infrastructure, and — only where you have given explicit consent — with Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel, Conversions API) to measure marketing performance. Your data may be hosted on servers located outside Turkey; any such transfer is carried out in compliance with the relevant provisions of the KVKK.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing, subject to any statutory retention periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised.
